WARM SPRINGS — Due to tax law changes, Bath County Commissioner of Revenue Leta Norfleet said her office would begin preparing tax forms for individuals Jan. 30. Because of recent changes in federal tax regulations, Norfleet said the Internal Revenue Service will not begin processing tax returns until Jan. 30.
