MONTEREY — Last Thursday, Monterey Town Council members were asked to attend public hearings Dec. 19 concerning a proposed helicopter landing pad for Highland Medical Center and county emergency services. Supervisors and the planning commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the modular conference room.
